The company was formed due to the change in traditional labour hire practices by the large companies during the late 1980’s whereby the outsourcing of essential services created opportunities for smaller businesses. South Africa has a very large unskilled labour force and in the cleaning industry we are able to provide employment for the disadvantaged population. We offer employment to the communities in close proximity to our clients thus creating employment in various areas and provinces. Currently we have a BEE rating of Level 6 and continuously strive to improve our rating.

STAFF
The staff complement comprises of 1% white and 99% black employees. Each site is under the supervision of a senior black employee and assisted by team leaders. We generally employ a labour force from within the community closest to the operation so as to minimize traveling expenses for our employees. This also has a positive economic effect on the community. The company is also notified of any problems being experienced by an employee who can be supported immediately if the need arises.
As a small company we have developed meaningful and long term relationships with our employees and the communication channels are very strong.
